Agreement to these terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and related communications of Elite Exams LLC ("Elite Exams," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or our services.
Scope of medical focus
Elite Exams provides medical evidence services related to physical (somatic) disability claims only. Our clinical scope is limited to documentation and evaluations aligned with the following categories:
- Orthopedic conditions
- Internal medicine conditions
- Sleep apnea
Services outside this scope are not offered. Nothing on this site creates a patient relationship until established through our normal intake and clinical processes.
Medical exclusion notice
Elite Exams does not provide services for mental health disability claims.
We do not evaluate, document, or support claims that are primarily based on mental health conditions, including but not limited to post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), anxiety disorders, or military sexual trauma (MST) when framed as mental health claims. If you are seeking support for those conditions, you should consult appropriate mental health providers and resources outside Elite Exams.
Service areas
Elite Exams serves veterans and claimants in Northern Nevada, including Reno, Dayton, and Carson City, and surrounding communities. Specific availability may vary; contact us to confirm whether we can assist in your situation.
Website intake, contact forms, and protected information
Website intake and contact forms are intended for scheduling coordination and general inquiries only. They are not a substitute for emergency care, treatment, or clinical decision-making. Do not use these forms to send detailed medical histories, test results, or other sensitive health information unless we have directed you to do so through secure channels.
We handle information in line with applicable privacy requirements and our Notice of Privacy Practices. Minimizing protected health information (PHI) in unsecured email or free-text form fields reduces risk to you and helps us stay HIPAA-aligned in how we communicate.
Scheduling
Appointment scheduling for certain examinations or related logistics may be coordinated through Loyal Source Government Services (LSGS), a separate government services contractor. LSGS processes are subject to their own policies and agreements. Elite Exams is responsible for its own services as described in these Terms and in your separate service agreements or consents, where applicable.
Medical, VA, and legal disclaimers
Elite Exams is not the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and is not a government agency. We do not guarantee any particular rating, decision, or timeline from the VA or any other payer.
Nothing on this website constitutes legal advice. You should consult a qualified attorney for questions about claims, appeals, or legal strategy.
Medical documentation reflects professional judgment at the time of evaluation. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Elite Exams and its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the services shall not exceed the amount you paid Elite Exams for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the six (6) months preceding the claim, unless a higher minimum applies under Nevada law.

Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will be revised when material changes are made. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.
