By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
2. Medical Disclaimer
Elite Exams LLC is a medical consulting firm. We are not the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). We do not guarantee the outcome of any VA disability claim.
The medical evidence documents (Nexus Letters, DBQs) provided by our network of licensed providers are independent medical opinions based on clinical findings. They are intended to support your claim but do not guarantee a specific rating or service connection.
3. Services Description
Elite Exams LLC connects veterans with licensed medical providers for the purpose of:
- Reviewing Service Treatment Records (STRs).
- Conducting independent medical examinations (telehealth or in-person).
- Drafting Medical Nexus Letters.
- Completing Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs).
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the intake and examination process. Providing false or misleading medical history may result in the termination of services and invalidation of any medical documents produced.
5. Payment & Refunds
Payment is due as agreed upon in your specific service agreement.
- Deposits: Non-refundable deposits may be required to book examinations.
- Refunds: Refunds are generally not provided once a medical service (record review or exam) has been completed, regardless of the outcome of your VA claim. Exceptions are made solely at the discretion of management for administrative errors.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Elite Exams LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
